Our plan of service for you continues.
Working together
Maintain good hygiene for us all
Our guests:
• Please stay home when feeling ill with any COVID-19 symptoms, or any flu or cold type symptoms;
• Wear a mask, mandatory
• Please respect proxemics 2m distance at all times;
• A limited number of tables and chairs are available, spaced 2m apart, with planter between the spaces. Please order from our café bar and seat yourself with no more than 6 people at one area, spaced as required. We request, for now, there are no more than 10 guests seated at one time;
• Hand sanitizer is available and we use paper products, where possible;
• We accept cash, and credit/debit cards; (cash is wiped down) ;
Our team:
• Please stay home when feeling ill with any COVID-19 symptoms, or any flu or cold type symptoms;
• Wash your hands often and thoroughly with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. Use disposable paper towels;
• Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue or into your sleeve when you cough or sneeze. Immediately wash your hands
• Wear gloves at all times;
• Masks are available for your protection;
• Clean and disinfect very frequently touched surfaces, inside and outside, at least every 20 minutes per day with regular household disinfectant containing one part bleach to nine parts water;
• Maintain social distance 2m, where possible, from your team mates and guests;
• Ensure guests maintain social distance at all times;
• Our washroom is closed to the public, unless it is an emergency ;
• Wipe register, pos terminal and counter around order desk after every transaction;
• Wipe down barista and coffee stations at least every 20 minutes;
• Sweep and wash floors frequently;
• We are all looking for you to lead the way, to keep us safe

Yesterday, March 17, 2020, the World Health Organization (WHO) announced a COVID-19 as a global controllable pandemic, we are all in this together.
While Island Health states 'the risk to British Columbians remains low', we want you to know, our commitment to respond and support safe spaces during this sensitive time, wellness as a continued top priority.
With the guidance of Island Health and WHO, we have taken the following precautionary measures in our welcoming space :
1. Our team continues to enhance sanitation practices, adding more frequent wiping,
sterilizing of cashier surfaces, equipment, counters, tables, seating, and more;
2. Filling of reusable cups will be handled by our Barista, we recommend
compostable cups and take-away packaging or our ceramic dishware;
3. We review hand washing guidelines and illness at work standards/policy with our
team and coaches, using disposable gloves when handling/service food mandatory at all times;
4. We include sanitizer station at our bar for all of our guests to use;
5. We continue to do all we can to offer protection and safety as well for our welcoming space, and;
6. To modify our services, following the advice of health authorities at home and around the world.
